TMJ massage focuses on relieving tension in the jaw, neck, and shoulders—especially helpful if you experience jaw pain, clenching, grinding, or headaches. This treatment combines external and intraoral techniques (performed with your consent and using latex-free gloves) to release deep muscle tension and restore ease. Intraoral techniques are always optional and discussed beforehand. It’s an excellent option if you’re dealing with stress-related jaw tightness or TMJ discomfort.

During your first appointment, we’ll discuss your health history, lifestyle, and any areas of tension or discomfort. Based on this information, I’ll recommend the best course of action for your treatment. You’ll then enjoy a relaxing, tailored massage experience focused on addressing your specific needs.
You should feel comfortable! Clients typically undress to their comfort level. Draping is always used for privacy, and I will adjust to your comfort level. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels at ease.

For maintenance or relaxation, monthly treatments can help keep you feeling balanced. I’ll work with you to create a schedule that supports your long-term wellness.

Yes! You can easily book an appointment through my online scheduling system. If you have any questions or need assistance with booking, don’t hesitate to contact me directly at info@angelahopermt.ca.
I offer direct billing to most major insurance companies for your convenience. Just bring your insurance information to your appointment, and I’ll take care of the rest. If your plan doesn’t allow direct billing, I can still provide a receipt you can submit for reimbursement. If you’re unsure whether your provider is eligible, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to check for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. I understand that life can get busy, and I’m happy to accommodate changes whenever possible.
